Employment Opportunity – Head of Umpiring

Umpiring plays a crucial role in football and AFL North East Border is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on a leadership role within the AFLNEB Umpiring Group and the wider organization.

The Head of Umpiring will be responsible for overseeing the AFLNEB Umpire Group coaches and individual umpires and their development, set and drive the core values of the group, drive positive culture, and implement the AFLNEB Umpire Action Plan.

Previous umpiring experience, whilst valuable, is not mandatory, however the ability to lead a team is important.
