The Richmond Next Generation Academy is to encourage, develop and enhance participation outcomes for talented players, develop fundamental skills of all young players with an additional focus of creating more opportunities for Multicultural and Indigenous participants.

Up to 10 Scholarships are available for Multi-Cultural and Indigenous players which will be selected by the Richmond NGA Management.
